Established in Carpi (province of Modena) in 1993, is a Customer Oriented Company  committed  with  the following activities:

• moulding and assembly of components for medical devices and OEM customized products
• manufacturing and distribution  of medical devices such as:
  • post-operative drainage systems for exudate collection, complete with catheters and trocars
  • accessories for medical devices, blister-packed
  • I.V. Sets
• manufacturing of customized medical devices and sub-assemblies

Lucomed production plants include three clean rooms (two are located in Carpi, one in Mirandola) of ISO Class 8 (according to EN ISO 14644-1), designed and built in compliance with state-of-the-art construction techniques and suitable to face qualitative and quantitative customer-s requirements.
Since 1993 till today, these are  the most significant steps, featured by the achievement of the proposed goals:

• 1993. Authorization as "production plant" for medical-surgical devices granted by the Italian Ministry of Health
• 1995. Certification of the Quality System according to EN ISO 9002 - EN 46002, by TÜV Product Service GmbH, Munich, Germany
• CE certification according to MDD 93/42/EEC by the aforesaid notified body covering the post-operative drainage systems
