the setting-up of a new innovative mould park to manufacture competitive quality  products.

Set up of the new ?QUEEN PLASTIC? molding Division; 

Further investments have been allocated to suit the mould park to new product ranges.

Increased production capacity of components in automated  assembly department by construction of new assembling machines.

Increased production capacity of the molding department by means of new injection molding machines.

Widening of products range, with construction of new molds.

Certification upgrade and  qualification extension  of the company Quality System to comply with standards ISO 13485:1996 and EN 46001,  released by TÜV Product Service GmbH,  Munich (D).

Expansion of molding department and new injection molding machines.

Start of construction of a new plant large 7.000m2 in Carpi.

2004
Grand opening of the two new Carpi plant?s buildings:

• clean room in the ?QUEEN PLASTIC? building, classified ISO Class 8 (Ref. EN ISO 14644-1), 1.500m2 large, with brand new electric thermoplastic  injection molding machines , and wider raw materials and molded components warehouses.
• Offices and large shipping warehouse for the better logistic of the products.

New Company registration as LUCOMED S.P.A. starting from December 1st 2004.  

2005
Setting up of  last  clean room  class ISO 8 (EN ISO 14644-1) in the  Carpi complex;

Upgrade of the Quality System Certification by TUV SUD  according with the  European Standard EN ISO 13485:2003, harmonized with Directive MDD 93/42 EEC;

Consistent investments for new molds /new product lines.
